Bigfoot-Six mile lakes

John Bringsli was on a Huckleberry picking expedition by himself when he saw something big and hairy. He swore on his reputation that it wasn't a bear. He was their only 15 minutes and he had gone about 100 meters into a bush when he looked up and saw something. The beast was only standing about 50 feet away and was 7 to 9 feet tall. John Bringsli got paralyzed when he saw the beast, he was amazed. The beast looked like a big hairy ape, but it had a bluish-gray hair. The beast didn't have claws or a neck. When the beast started coming towards John Bringsli, he ran away and came back the next day with his friends and guns. The beast had gone by that time though. Once everyone found out about it, a local businessman was offering $1,000 to anyone who could find it and he was going to pay to build a cage to, but he took the offer away later.

In Flanders fields poem

In this blog I'm going to talk about the poem in Flanders fields. The poem in Flanders fields was written in May 3, 1915 by lieutenant colonel John McRae, but it was published in December 8, 1915. John McRae wrote The poem because he saw the death of his friend, lieutenant Alexis Helmer. The poppies in the poem were about how the poppies grew in the worst places of the battlefield and the red represented all the blood that was spilled in world war 1. John McRae wrote the poem in his notebook, but he ripped it out of their. One of the other officers saved it and the poem got published in a magazine.

Tanker truck fire closes all southbound lanes in San Francisco

The article I read about is about a tanker truck fire closing southbound lanes in San Francisco. The tanker truck crashed on october 19th. When the tanker truck crashed, it blocked all the southbound 101 lanes in San Francisco. Some Caltrans workers went to go clean up all tune debris and wreckage that the tanker truck caused. The southbound lane will probably take a long time to make it so that vehicles cam go on the highway again. When the tanker truck crashed, it also broke off some guardrail on the side and ito the guardrail dropped to the streets that were under it.

I felt sad for all the people that got hurt in it. I also felt scared cause it would've been scary for the people that got caught in the fire. My mom got into a car crash one, but it wasn't as and as this one. My mom was turning a corner and the some person wasn't looking and hit the side of my moms truck, but not the side she was sitting on. Nothing bad happened to my mom and she was ok, but our trucks right side front door was busted.

Insidious

The movie Insidious was directed by James Wan. Insidious was produced by Jason Blum, Oren Peli and Steven Schneider. The actors in Insidious are Patrick Wilson, Rose Byrne, Ty Simpkins, Barbara Hereshey, Lin Shaye, Andrew Astor and Leigh Whannell. Insidious is about a kid who falls off a ladder and goes into a coma, but it isn't a normal coma. The kid goes into something called an Astral dimension and that's where the demons live. The kid gets stuck there and then the demons try to go into the human world and try to control the boys body to cause pain to others. The parents of the boy go and call help from a person who is used to dealing with those types of things.
Some of the good qualities about Insidious are that it actually is a scary movie and it isn't gory at all. Another good quality about this movie is that the effects look real and aren't some cheap bad effects. The acting in this movie was also very good. I don't think their were any bad qualities about Insidious. It was a very good movie.
I recommend this movie to people who are 14 or over because it is a really scary movie and kids below that might get to scared. Also because their are some swears in Insidious to.

Guns stolen from SWAT training site

The article i read about is about guns being stolen from LAPD SWATS training site. Over 40 guns had been stolen, 21 of them were Mp-5 submachine guns and 12 were large caliber gun. They were in a secure SWAT training site. The guns are only supposed to fire blanks, but they could be made to fire normal bullets again. The guns were discovered missing when a police officer went to the building at 9 in the morning. The officer also found some electrical equipment still left in the building. The building was not guarded, but it still was secure with some bolt lock and a heavy metal roll gate.

I felt curious about why people would steal so much guns. I also feel scared for the people in LA because if they robbers could get the guns to fire normal bullets again then then lots of people in LA are going to get hurt. I also felt bad for the SWAT people because they are supposed to be smart people who thinkn things through before they do them, but they got stolen from. I think the LAPD SWAT should've been more secure about their weapons. They should've kept them in a more secuf building Like their headquarters.
